Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma LLC is a privately held clinical laboratory operating throughout the state of Oklahoma. DLO is committed to compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and its associated regulations. We are proactively taking steps to comply with the relevant ANSI ASC X12N Health Care Claims regulations regarding electronic standards and transactions. Our EDI ANSI 837 Companion Guide provides our standardized data requirements and content for our Trading Partners, expediting the goal of achieving a compliant electronic health care claims processing environment.DLO is a joint venture company with Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, a publicly held national clinical laboratory that operates in multiple states across the country. The organizational structure of Quest Diagnostics includes multiple subsidiary companies and joint venture operations. All approvals, certifications and authorizations obtained by Quest Diagnostics as they relate to HIPAA also pertain to its subsidiary operations and joint ventures.
