New Core Lab and Corporate Headquarters
In 1999, DLO was founded with a simple mission to become Oklahoma's undisputed leader in diagnostic testing, information and services. As a result, we have achieved some amazing growth. We now employ over 750 Oklahomans. We provide lab services to over 2,500 healthcare professionals across our state. And on an average day, we touch the lives of over 8,000 Oklahoma patients.
To accommodate this growth, we constructed a 70,000-square-foot home office and medical laboratory. This facility, which opened its doors in December 2011, serves as the home for all DLO clinical and business operations. It provides us with the space needed to continue our growth and continue our service to fellow Oklahomans.

The new facility is located at 225 N.E. 97th Street in Oklahoma City near the Broadway Extension and Britton Road. This centralized location – only 10 minutes from Downtown Oklahoma City – helps us continue to provide a 24-hour or less turnaround time on over 98% of all tests.
We have worked hard to insure a smooth transition for our clients, patients and partners by notifying them of important information regarding our new address, including any billing and invoicing changes, and where to send specimen drop-offs.
