At DLO, customer service is a 24/7 operation. This department provides immediate phone support and service to physicians, nurses and patients, which may include faxing or providing information over the phone regarding:

  • Specimen requirements
  • Status of a report
  • CPT information
  • Pricing
  • Methodology information
  • Any general questions the caller might have
With an established goal of answering phone calls within 20 seconds, it's clear the focus is on taking calls in a timely manner. It's equally important to members of this department to provide quick, accurate answers.
