During a recent study of its turnaround time for STAT Tests, DLO discovered that it was faxing the results of STAT tests to doctors' offices within one hour of receipt, virtually 100 percent of the time.

FACT:
When you visit a DLO-patient services center (PSC), almost every time you will be called back to have your blood drawn in under five minutes. Infrequent delays may occur when additional information from a physician's office is not available.
