This is the 13th consecutive year Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO) has been selected as a finalist for this annual award.

“As an Oklahoma-based company, this recognition is extremely important to the employees of DLO," said Dennis Hogle, DLO’s Chief Executive Officer. The Journal Record teamed up with Best Companies Group to honor Oklahoma business and organizations excelling in creating quality workplaces. Companies are selected based on employee interviews and a look at their workplace policies, practices and demographics. Final ranking positions will be announced at the awards event. Categories studied include: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment and Relationship with Supervisor.

“The event is just the cherry on top," said Journal Record events manager Brittany Attaway.
