DLO Drive-Thru Testing

Appointments required for COVID-19 drive-thru testing

DLO is requiring appointments for COVID-19 drive-thru testing and will not accept drive-up patients in order to maintain an efficient collection process. Appointment instructions are below and there are numerous appointment slots available throughout each day.

As a reminder, if you need tested for travel, event attendance, or other reasons, patients who are not exhibiting symptoms can be collected for COVID-19 PCR testing at most DLO Patient Service Centers throughout Oklahoma. Click here for more information on how to get COVID-19 PCR testing at no cost to you through our Patient Service Centers. Currently our only location offering the rapid antigen testing is our drive-thru program at our Central Lab in Oklahoma City.

DLO now offers drive-thru COVID-19 testing at no cost to you at our Central Lab, located at 225 NE 97th Street in Oklahoma City. Patients can choose either PCR or rapid antigen testing. Here are the details on the program:

  • Hours are Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Available for routine testing, as well as those who need tested for travel, events, or other purposes
  • Appointments are required; please see the instructions below schedule an appointment
  • Results will be available within 24-48 hours for PCR testing, while rapid antigen testing results will be available in 1-2 hours
  • Faster turnaround times due to no need for specimen transportation
  • Test results will be delivered through the MyQuest™ patient portal
  • Patients must be a U.S. citizen with a valid driver's license or social security number
  • Patients must stay in their car as this is a drive-thru process; please follow the signs directing patients to the back of our facility (see map below)
  • Available for patients ages 2+; minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
    • Since this is a self-collection, parents or guardians must be able to complete the specimen collection on their child; DLO employees are not able to assist in the collection process
