Quanum® Lab Services
Quanum® Lab Services provides a convenient, one-stop digital solution for practices that want to order laboratory tests online, track orders, view results and manage other laboratory needs from one platform.
With Quanum, practices can order tests electronically, access results, order supplies, schedule specimen pickups and more.
DLO Paper Requisitions
Practices may also order laboratory testing using a DLO paper requisition. Complete all required patient, billing, insurance, diagnosis and test information to help minimize follow-up requests and support timely processing and reporting.

Receiving Laboratory Results
DLO provides several options for receiving laboratory results based on your practice's workflow and technology needs.
Quanum® Lab Services
View laboratory results online through Quanum, including historical information and enhanced reporting options. Quanum can help your practice monitor testing over time and access results when you need them.
EMR/EHR Interface
DLO can interface laboratory results directly with your electronic health record (EHR), allowing results to become part of the patient's existing clinical record and reducing manual data entry.
Our Connectivity Team can assist with interface setup, implementation and ongoing technical support.
Faxed Results
DLO can provide results by fax when requested. A signed agreement must be in place before faxed results can be released. Contact your DLO Account Executive to establish faxed result delivery.
Priority & Critical Result Reporting
DLO has established procedures for communicating priority and critical laboratory results to the healthcare professionals responsible for patient care. Providers should ensure DLO has reliable 24-hour contact information for STAT and priority reporting.
