DLO is a College of American Pathologists (CAP) accredited laboratory. In addition to CAP accreditation, DLO retains a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Certificate of Accreditation issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and is eligible for participation in federally funded programs administered by CMS.

DLO HLA Lab
DLO's Transplant Immunology Lab, which provides human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing for the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and pancreas, is also CAP accredited, holds a CLIA Certificate of Accreditation issued by CMS, and has a Certificate of Accreditation from The American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI).
