Stillwater PSC - December Closure Notification
Temporary Closure Notice:
DLO's Stillwater Patient Service Center will be closed from Wednesday, December 10th through Friday, December 12th for scheduled maintenance. We will reopen on Monday, December 15th at 7:00 a.m. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please note: Walk-ins are always welcome, but patients with appointments will be given priority. Additionally, to receive lab work, you'll need a lab order from your healthcare provider, or an order purchased through QuestHealth.com.

* COVID-19 PCR testing at a DLO Patient Service Center is for asymptomatic patients or patients exhibiting mild, cold-like symptoms. Patients who are exhibiting active flu-like symptoms, including fever, may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
