Positions such as Client Service Representatives, Phlebotomists, Medical Technologists, Route Service Representatives, and Specimen Processors are essential in delivering high-quality laboratory services. While DLO hires for a variety of positions, the largest groups of our employees fall into the following five categories:

Client Service Representatives - provide essential support and guidance to our patients and providers
Phlebotomists - play a critical role in specimen collection
Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Laboratory Technician - vital in analyzing lab results to aid in patient care
Route Service Representatives - play a crucial role as specimen couriers, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of samples to and from various locations
Specimen Processors - prepare samples for analysis, performing vital tasks such as labeling, sorting, and any necessary prepprocessing to ensure accurate results
