Walk-ins are always welcome, but patients with appointments will be given priority. Additionally, to receive lab work, you'll need a lab order from your healthcare provider, or an order purchased through QuestHealth.com.
Please use the "Medical Offices" entrance on the southwest side of the INTEGRIS Community Hospital. Do not use the emergency entrance.

* COVID-19 PCR testing at a DLO Patient Service Center is for asymptomatic patients or patients exhibiting mild, cold-like symptoms. Patients who are exhibiting active flu-like symptoms, including fever, may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
