As the Director of Hospital Laboratory Operations, Lisa oversees DLO laboratory operations for all the managed hospital laboratories across the DLO/INTEGRIS network. Her emphasis is to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and turnaround to exceed the expectations of DLO clients and patients, while maintaining efficiencies. Lisa previously served as the Laboratory Manager at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center. Since joining DLO in 2001, Lisa has held several leadership positions at DLO including Lab Generalist, Clinical Lab Supervisor at INTEGRIS Canadian Valley Hospital, and Regional Manager over multiple INTEGRIS hospital laboratories. Lisa has enjoyed being an active team member on past projects such as the opening of the INTEGRIS Cancer Institute, INTEGRIS Health Edmond, and Lakeside Women’s Hospital where she served as a leader in implementing lab services at each facility.
