Easy Pay™, a program provided by Quest Diagnostics®, works with health savings cards, major credit cards, and debit cards. Provide your card during your DLO visit. You’ll authorize an amount - but your card will only be charged if there’s a remaining balance after your insurance company has been billed. We will not withhold the amount you authorized, nor will we charge you anything if your insurance pays for the lab testing in full. If you have questions about your health coverage, contact your insurance company directly.
