To schedule a specimen pickup online, providers must have a Quanum® Lab Services account. If you do not currently have an account, please contact your DLO Account Executive to get set up. Providers without a Quanum account can request a pickup by calling 1-800-891-2917 (option 3) to speak with a Route Service Representative.

Scheduling a Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO) specimen pickup may now be done online through our Quanum® Lab Services Manager website. Simply click the link below, enter specimen details, schedule the pickup, and submit. That’s all it takes. You’ll receive confirmation, and a DLO courier will pick up your specimen(s).

Instructions for Online Specimen Pickup

Within Quanum Lab Services Manager, click Specimen Pickup in the left navigation pane. From the Specimen Pickup page, you can create a new pickup request, manage your account(s), or access the current pickup schedule for your account(s).

To create a new pickup request, click Request Routine. On the Request Details page, select the desired pickup details and click Submit.

Note: In the All specimens ready by field, enter the time that ALL specimens at your facility will be ready. When entering the time, use the format hh:mm, and you must include the colon, a space after the time, and "am" or "pm" in lower case letters.
If you've selected the In Office pickup location, complete the All specimens ready by field and enter the time in the Office closure time field.
Note: There must be a minimum of 2 hours between the time entered in the All specimens ready by field and enter the time in the Office closure time field.

To access your pickup schedule, click View Calendar on the Specimen Pickup page. You can view scheduled pickups by day.

You can also edit or cancel pickup requests or schedule an office closure (which automatically cancels regularly scheduled pickups).
