Yes, DLO offers appointment scheduling at most of our locations through affiliation with Quest Diagnostics. To make an appointment, go to our appointment scheduler, enter your zip code, and select which DLO location you would like to visit. You can either choose to schedule an appointment, or if you're ready for your test, you can select our "Walk In Now" option which shows the current wait in real-time. Either option allows you to pre-register and hold your place in line to speed up your time of service. While walk-ins are still welcome, patients with scheduled appointments will take priority. Our goal is to provide service to all patients within 15 minutes of their sign-in time. In fact, the average wait time at a DLO PSC is just under 8 minutes. Additionally, remember that Patient Service Centers are busiest in the early morning when patients who have to fast for testing often choose to arrive. Your wait will usually be shorter if you arrive after 10 a.m.

Quanum™ Physician Portal provides online tools for tracking all of your patient records, appointments, and data (profiles including demographics, medication history, lab results over time, etc.). Once your Quanum™ account is requested by your DLO Account Representative and successfully created, you will receive an email containing your login credentials. Upon receipt of the email, please follow the instructions provided to update your password immediately, as the temporary passwords will expire within seven days.
*Please note: If you have an existing Quanum™ account that has been inactive for more than 90 days, you will be required to reset your password before regaining access. Follow the on-screen instructions within the system to complete the reset, or contact your DLO Account Representative for assistance.
